1. Familiar with linear motors, voice coil motors, DDR torque motors, and optimized structure.
2. Familiar with motor manufacturing process and material selection.
3. Ability to manufacture prototypes and transform them into production.

Job Responsibilities:
1. According to customer needs and mechanical design selection structure, select suitable electrical accessories such as drivers for customers.
2. According to customer requirements, the laboratory shall conduct test tests to verify whether it can meet customer needs and issue reports.
3. The customer conducts prototype debugging and testing on site, and conducts basic maintenance training for customers.
4. Analyze and handle the problems encountered by customers remotely or on-site (on business trip).
5. Answer the questions related to drive electricity encountered by other departments.
Job requirements:
1. Electrical automation, mechatronics and other related majors, college degree or above.
2. More than 1 year of related work experience in automation equipment.
3. Have a certain foundation in English and be able to understand simple English materials.
4. Familiar with motion control, be able to debug servo drives such as Panasonic and Gaochuang, and have experience in using other servo motors, stepping motors, and control cards.
5. Familiar with the control principle and application of linear motor.
6. Have good communication skills, can adapt to short-term business trips, and can actively cooperate with flexible work arrangements.
7. Accept fresh graduates of related majors for training.
